Diesel Non-hydrogen Depreciation Catalyst

Product introduction 

The essence of the chemical reaction of non-hydrodecondensation is the shape-selective cracking of paraffin molecules under the action of mesoporous zeolite catalyst. The cracked paraffin molecules are mainly normal alkanes (C14-C18) and isoparaffins with a methyl side chain, and their reactions also follow the mechanism of positive carbanion reactions.

The non-hydrogen decondensation process has the characteristics of simple process, low investment and high benefit.


Diesel non-hydrogen depreciation catalyst, which can be used to produce gasoline and diesel by vapor phase method of normal pressure wax oil, or use waste engine oil to produce gasoline and diesel; it can also be used to produce lubricating oil base oil and other heavy oil for decondensation of hydrogenated tail oil Production of base oils.


Diesel oil produced by diesel non-hydrogen depreciation catalyst is of good quality and high yield: high octane number of gasoline, high cetane number of diesel oil, and the depointation of diesel oil can reach below -20 °C; the product has a long service life (more than 12 months) , the regeneration performance is good, and the catalyst can be used 2-3 times through regeneration after deactivation.


When using the diesel non-hydrogen depreciation catalyst, the temperature of the catalyst is raised to 300~310 °C, and then the feed is started, and the reaction temperature is strictly controlled between 300~310 °C. The diesel non-hydrogen decondensation catalyst adjusts its operation according to the freezing point of the product during use, and keeps the reaction temperature as low as possible when the freezing point of the product meets the requirements.
